About Me

I am an Executive and Life coach who specializes in helping clients with multiple challenges including ones in the areas of relationships, career and wellbeing. I am certified in various powerful, rapid change techniques including EMDR, Brain-spotting, Clinical Hypnosis and by the prestigious Gottman Institute in working with Couples, a certification obtained by only about two hundred such individuals in the United States. I have  a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University where I completed original research in the area of Creativity. I have served as a leader in several nonprofit healthcare organizations and am certified in Executive and Life Coaching through the International Federation of Coaching at the level of Professional Coach (PCC). Early in my career, I served in the U.S. Army performing behavioral science research at its Human Engineering Lab, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

I am a collaborative, solution-focused Coach always seeking to identify and build on what patterns are working already. My greatest priority is to  provide powerful support and practical feedback to help my clients function more effectively both individually and as a part of a relationship (whether romantic or as part of a business team). With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help you attain the results you are committed to achieving.
